Julio is both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. His inspection was incredibly thorough and informative, and he worked incredibly quickly to get us the report overnight. The report itself was strong, and allowed us to negotiate very effectively.

I had no issues with Julio, but nothing to be excited about either. The inspection felt like a formality as opposed to a safe guard prior to buying a home. The inspection was well documented with pictures in an electronic document. As a first time home buyer, it would have been to receive more advice on how to rectify issues with the unit.

I'm so happy to have worked with Julio. As he performed the inspection of our condo, he walked me through every single one of his concerns - no matter how large or small. Julio did a thorough inspection of the place I was considering to buy. Now that I have lived in the place for several weeks, I can attest that he found all problems the place has during the inspection. His report was essential through the negotiation process.

Inspectrum did not show up on the designated date and time for our inspection and were completely unavailable when we called to find out what the hold up was. We left work early and waited around the property for almost 2 hours along with our realtor and the seller's realtor. When we finally got a hold of Inspectrum, they had thought that the appointment was the following day and couldn't reschedule to a time that worked for the sellers, so we ultimately had to find another inspection company and also we had to ask for an extension on the timeline. All in all it was a stressful experience and I would not recommend using them to a friend.
