Pat Coulter did a great job with our home inspection for the house we just bought. He was very thorough in his inspection and report. He identified problems and made us aware of potential issues. (For instance, the water heater is functioning fine, but it is older and he predicted it will probably give out in a couple years. So my husband and I are now setting aside some savings in preparation for that.) Pat was very friendly and his services are reasonably priced. We highly recommend him!
