Nathaniel and Ayden were amazing. They were incredibly thorough and gave us an amazing detailed report. It works as a great to-do list now that we are in the house and getting to work. The seller's did not have much knowledge on the home, as they were handling the sale for their mother and had not lived in the home for a long time. The home inspection was really our only source of information on the state of the property and how much work would need to be done. So thankful for their attention to detail. They checked every single outlet and every valve in the home! They identified a really important issue with the water supply to home that is already saving us money.

Charles from DHHI knocked it out of the park on my home inspection for a property I'm in escrow on. Everything was already inspected prior to my arrival and he gave me a very professional and thorough walkthrough of every observation (good or bad) about the property. Photos of every facet of the house (including drone footage of the roof) were provided. Additionally, he followed up with a full report within a couple hours for my reference regarding repairs. Charles' feedback regarding the property put my worries to rest immediately after our walkthrough and I'm psyched to have done business with Charles.
