Very quick 3 man crew that did a thorough inspection on a 13 year old townhouse. Inspection report had pictures and was very detailed. The lead inspector walked us through all of the findings and gave us some tips on how to perform the repairs ourselves. I'm dropping the review 2 points because I called and requested the jpeg files from the report (pictures in the report itself were a bit compressed to fit on the page) and was told that they would be emailed to me. They never sent me the pictures. I ended up not needing them for the negotiations, so I didn't follow up, but you'd expect the company to deliver on something they said they would do.

I can't say enough good things about this inspection company! I used them for three different properties and they were extremely thorough.

This company missed some major electrical and plumbing issues that ended up costing us over a thousand dollars out of pocket. All the recommendations were minor to useless infractions.

Pretty good and thorough, although have had one plumbing and cable wiring issue but I'm not sure those are routinely inspected.

Houston Inspections were thorough and prompt. They identified even the smallest issues and were well-informed regarding Texas laws and requirements / codes, all of which were greatly appreciated as we went into the appraisal process.

Ronnie did a great job of inspecting our new home, and I was really impressed with the resulting report. Everything was professionally done, and the infrared scan of the house was really cool. I highly recommend Houston Inspections.
