Exceptional quality here and they deserve the 10/10. The home I was interested in had a previous inspection done fairly recently. My realtor recommended I get another one done by MasterCraft and they caught several really important items that needed attention that the previous inspector missed. This really set us up well moving forward. They were very professional and explained every note on the inspection report clearly and easy to understand. I feel the need to mention, afterwards I gave a copy of my inspection report to a family member who is a master electrician to look over and give me advice. At the end of the conversation he told me that was one of the most thorough and well written inspection reports he had ever looked over and thought I made a good call going with them. A+ service from this company. I would easily recommend them to anyone, just like they were recommended to me.

Everything went great! Very knowledgeable.

The 3-person team went over every inch of the house looking for items we did not know they could inspect. The report was typed up and pictures added as the inspectors went through the house, and an itemized list of possible repairs and contractors was reviewed with us before we left. Diligent, thorough, efficient. Incredible experience.
