Some plumbing items were missed - visible calcification on the toilet hook-ups and a loose toilet in the downstairs bath. Had the calcification been addressed on the toilets and in the tanks, we would have investigated the well at the appropriate time. The sellers never installed a water treatment system which affected all of the plumbing. Also, ALL home inspectors who are inspecting homes with well and septic should tell the buyers to have them checked NO MATTER WHAT AGE.
