Dale Martin is very detailed oriented home inspector. He took almost 5 hours to inspect the whole house. Very very thorough! He took notes, and record his comments on a voice recorder. If the buyers are there with him, he not only does his job noting everything, but also take time to explain to us how to maintain the house. As a 1st time home buyer, it's absolutely valuable to hear that from the home inspection. We learned a lot about the house during that process. Absolutely a pleasure to work with, and highly recommended! In addition to Dale himself, the receptionist Mary of A-Pro is very helpful in answering my questions, and getting us the inspection report.
