Very thorough and willing to take the time to answer our questions. The process was smooth, and the pictures in the report made understanding issues much easier.

Porterhouse inspections were great to work with. Overall - they found multiple instances of issues across the house that allowed us to make a more informed decision about the property. They provided a detailed report that we used to get several issues remediated prior to closing on our new house. Only reason for a 9/10 was after closing we did find an issue with the air system (common wire not working on one of the sensors). While they did call out "batteries needed changed" - it would have been nice for them to help identify the broader issue (which was batteries should have been needed). That said - understand that no inspection will catch everything - and so overall i would rate poterhouse very positive and would look to utilize again should we need to buy another home in the future.

Mark had a VERY detailed report. He also knew quite a lot about the severity of each problem and how it could be best addressed. I felt comfortable buying the home after speaking with him.

Erin was our inspector and he was extremely thorough. All of his findings were helpful to our new build home walkthrough and definitely felt his report was worth us having an inspection on a new build. Highly recommend him and his company for anyone needing an inspection.
