I am an owner/operator and have dual licenses in Arizona. I have been a home inspector since 2004 and have partnered with Pest Control Solutions as a termite inspector. Cornia Consulting covers all of Maricopa and Pinal counties. I provide comprehensive computer-generated reports supported by digital photographs, executive summary reports, and a client walk-through after each inspection. Home inspectors are not able to foresee the life expectancy of any component or system of a home; therefore, warranties or guarantees are not part of the Standards of Professional Practice. Every inspection performed by Cornia Consulting, includes a full and detailed client review of the inspection findings. This is done with the client at the end of each inspection. Each inspection includes digital photography, which is reviewed and shared with each client at the end of each inspection. At that point, any and all questions are answered. If a client wishes to physically see any defect or inspection finding, we will gladly walk with the client to the area of concern.
