We purchased a house in Leicester and QHC did the pre-inspection for the seller. W/ the permission of the sellers, QHC made themselves available to discuss the findings with us, the tenants looking to move in. They were friendly and knowledgeable when sharing the inspection findings. They also eventually helped us with the Septic inspection and pumping. The guys who performed the inspection were friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and they provided their insights in a useful report. The gals that I spoke to at the office were also great. I would recommend them for your local inspection needs.

QHC did a very thorough job going through the home and provided a written and photographed report of everything identified. The inspection report was easy to read and understand and the pictures were of good quality and clearly showed the issues. I highly recommend this company. This was my second experience with them and they saved me from buying a disastrous house once before. Thank you very much for the high level of detail!

Quality Home Consultants did an excellent job and saved me from a colossal money pit in the first prospective home I was going to purchase. Very thorough, great written report with good quality pictures explaining everything that was a problem or potential problem. While I cannot speak for other home inspection companies, I would (and have) returned to Quality Home Consultants and highly recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection done.

QHC provided us with a very thorough, detailed inspection. They were super responsive. I sent an email on Saturday to schedule the inspection, expecting to hear back on Monday and got a response that afternoon! The inspector took his time going over everything in the house and provided clear explanations in the report. We knew exactly what the issues were and how they should be addressed. Very pleased with their service.
