Overall Adam did a good job and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. It may be that inspections often miss a few things, but there have been a couple significant issues in the first few weeks of living here that maybe could have been found during the inspection. I’d like to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that his inspection was good quality, and it’s normal to miss a few things.
