Bryan is awesome. We contacted him over the weekend after going under contract on a home in Everett. He was very responsive and we arranged for him to meet us at the property that Tuesday. He and his assistant arrived ahead of time and were already inspecting the exterior of the home when we arrived. He has a great eye for detail and is very personable and communicative. We stuck around for the entirety inspection, and at its conclusion he discussed his initial findings and his opinion of the property. We received an outstanding PDF inspection report by email, as well as DropBox access to the full-resolution photos he took during the inspection. The report covered all manner of findings, as well as a final summary with action items classified by urgency along with remediation suggestions. I would recommend Bryan with the highest of recommendations.
