Bryan at Hometroopers is exceptional! We hired him to do an inspection on a new build. The builders ended up rescheduling twice and Bryan just managed the changes with no issues. His report was thorough and understandable and sooo helpful! A concern was identified and he helped us understand the issue and offered resources to mitigate the concern. The most thorough inspection I've ever encountered. Absolutely great professional inspection that was indepth. The inspections saved me money on many items the seller may have been aware of, but many, they weren't aware of. They corrected the agreed ones with contract professionals and only one was not considered which wasn't that big of a deal. The inspector was superior in his knowledge and the written report was supported with pictures insuring the original owner could not dispute. Top marks for the inspector.
