Darrel is a thorough inspector and a great guy. We walked though the house top to bottom and he pointed out many potential problem areas to be concerned about. I only had a couple days to have the home inspected, and Darrel made it happen. He gave me the option of a typed report or a hand written one, as a cost savings option, and even took my call later that day to discuss some of the issues. Thanks Darrell!
