We appreciated Don's ability to come out and inspect our house when we had a tight inspection contingency window as well as his friendly service. He does like to do his own thing and then report back to you, so we gave him his space when inspecting the house. He walked through the house with us room by room and area by area when he finished and then produced a complete report with photos. He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable and gave good advice - although he was quick to point out when things were beyond the scope of his expertise and the general inspection process (which is as to be expected with any home inspection). There were just a couple things that we pointed out when we were going through the house together and asked him about that he had yet to identify which eventually made it into the report, so we were glad we asked every question we could think of. We also paid the additional fee for a sewer scope and he provided us with a video of this service. We were thankful that we chose to do this and recommend that no one skip this important aspect of an inspection! Don also made sure to let us know that he was available to answer questions we had in the future and we really do feel as though we can call him up and ask him questions if we need to. Thanks, Don!

Don was thorough and prompt. He offered good advice on fixes and improvements that we should make shortly after purchase.

Don is a consummate professional and brings a lot of passion and energy to his work. While he's been around the block, his report was high tech and full of great photos and even videos. I strongly recommend Don as an inspector.

What I like about Don is that he is very thorough and that (for an additional fee) he can do a sewer scope. It's pretty clear that he's a home inspector first and a sewer scope guy second. He was able to identify a blockage in the sewer line, but he had a really hard time using radar to spot the exact location. We ended up bringing sewer scope specialists (Hydro Physics) for a second look after the blockage was cleared. Also, Don takes his time to make sure to block off a little extra time. But all in all Don did a good job and I would recommend him again.
