Before I even booked my inspection, I was impressed with the sample reports available on their website. Everything was laid out in an easy to read format, without complicated industry jargon, so that as homeowners we knew exactly what to expect with any potential issues that would come up in our report. During the inspection, our technician spoke openly about what they were looking for, and mentioned any issues, no matter how big or small, and what sort of impact they would have on us. The report was thorough yet concise, and helped us feel more at ease when continuing with our homebuying transaction.

My wife and I have bought and sold 9 properties and used a variety of inspectors over the years. Jesse and his son were by far the best. They went through every inch of the home, showed us exactly what was critical to fix, what would be good to fix, and what things they really didn't cover in inspection that we should get somebody else in to look at. They were like a well oiled machine and when they finished we really had a good understanding of the home and it's condition. They had a great approach, were on time, courteous and professional through the entire experience. I highly recommend them.

Jesse was thorough. For each of the problems he had references. My new construction had two major issues. First, the gutter was against the siding when the siding manufacturer's directions said that it had to have 1 inch clearance and the furnace in the attic had to have double walled exhaust. The home builder at first said that these were optional or alternative ways of installing. But the manufacturer's directions on their site and the home inspector verified that Jesse was right. I would definitely recommend Jesse to inspect my next home.
