My background in the commercial and residential construction industry for over 30 years makes me uniquely qualified to spot things other inspectors may miss. My job isn’t done until I’ve covered every aspect of your home and have given you a thorough explanation of my findings. Let's face it, home inspection reports follow a template. BUT where Jordan really shines is his well written, highly detailed and yet concise inspection narratives instead of relying on the boilerplate texts. I particularly liked the "information to buyer" sections explaining the care and feeding of the HVAC systems which we will keep for future reference. Where items were red-flagged, there were detailed explanations on the reasons and severity levels and suggestions for remediation. These help us prioritize the items for attention by the seller as part of our negotiations. He was also responsive when we asked him to include recommendations on where we could park our Class C RV. Highly recommended!
Jordan was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He walked us through every step of the inspection for our very large house and property and explained things to us in a way that was easily digestible. He also helped us determine what issues needed to be addressed right away, versus those that could wait, and pointed out important things we would need to know as owners of the new property. He was incredibly responsive, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We valued his insights so much that we asked him to also do the pre-inspection for the home we will be selling.

Jordan is very friendly and very involving with his work , he seems to have additional pair of eyes in capturing even very minute damages and providing appropriate suggestions for fixes .
Amazing. The report is written in a way where I have been using it as a user manual to the house for function and repairs. This is the most detailed report I've ever seen. Definitely worth every penny!

Jordan is incredibly detailed and has very reasonable prices. He was also a joy to work with. He is clearly knowledgeable in his field and goes out of his way for his clients. There is NO one I would rather have in my corner while buying a home than Jordan. Jordan is relentlessly thorough in his inspections. He checks every last detailed and takes PICTURES and VIDEOS of everything that he finds, good or bad! His reports are always approachable and easy to follow, with pictures highlighting anything you need to be aware of. We've used him 3 times now now, twice for homes we passed on due to issues he found. In both cases, his pictures detailing the issues and advice on what repairs would involve were invaluable in making our decision. The third house he inspected was the one we ended up buying, and we couldn't be happier!
