My name is Keven Swartz, owner and operator of True North Inspections! Established in 2002 as a professional full time Home Inspector, I have conducted thousands of property inspections in the Greater Seattle area! Our goal is to care for your home buying experience by providing you with an extremely detailed inspection, a well written easy-to-understand report and friendly service. We make a great team and are excited to work with you! We currently offer a 3 for 1 package that includes home and pest inspection and a thermal image evaluation.

Keven at True North was awesome. I was half expecting a someone to show up and just say there are a few issues here and there without real evidence or data. But Keven was extremely thorough when inspecting our home. He provided video footage, photos, infrared imaging and all kinds of cool technologically savvy data. I really appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. Because of his suggestions, the builder had to make some pretty major changes that really can help us going forward. Thanks Keven!

Keven was great and incredibly thorough in his review, the agent and builder seemed surprised at the things that Keven found out. Some of the things he found could be considered nitpicking, but that is what you want from your inspector: "To find even the most minimal issue". Some of his findings which were disputed by the builder as "You need to live in there and then decide if this is really relevant" have proven to be really relevant. i would definitely recommend him.

Based on Keven's inspections we were able to negotiate $25,000 in price reductions & credits, as well as another $5,000 -> $8,000 worth of repairs that the seller did. Well worth the fee. The videos and pictures that come with the inspection report are very effective when negotiating. Additionally his thermal camera & EIFS detector found issues that would have been impossible to find without the right gadgets
