We had the house we were purchasing inspected by Tobin. He did a great job with inspecting the entire house. The house we purchased is a cosmetic fixer-upper and Tobin was able to go through the whole house and answer questions we had. I would highly recommend inspecting the house along side him to learn more about your new home. You can learn more through the walk through for personal knowledge and use the final report as a reminder for things that would be beneficial to use in your negotiations. Tobin is a professional who did a good job.
