I purchased a condominium They did a great job in answering all my questions. They went through everything. I met the inspector and he was friendly and informative. When the inspector was at my property, He inspected per their scope of work but was knowledgeable for item the were technically not there scope. Was able to answer a lot of questions.

Ian was great to work with. He showed up on-time and fully prepared with an assistant and all requisite equipment. I'm in escrow on a ~4,000sqft property that has had its maintenance neglected and Ian did not not try to rush through -- he spent a good ~4 hours methodically working from room to room, taking his time and performing a high-quality thorough inspection.
He and his team even helped my agent install a few light bulbs that were missing from hard to reach areas. At the end of the process Ian walked us through the areas of the home highlighted in the report, and the next day I received an extensively detailed PDF report document with dozens of photos and details covering all areas of the report.
The price was fair and competitive with other quotes I had received, and I absolutely feel I made the right decision in choosing Ian & IM Home Inspections for the job.
