Wade is very professional and polite. He walked us through the entire home. He has a keen eye for things we would not have found. We received the full report a few days later with all of his notes and he took more than 400 photos for us! It helped plan what we need to fix and buy material, so when we moved in, we were not scrambling. Make sure you bring a large USB, he will give you all the photos the same day! We would highly recommend Wade.
