He was able to identify all areas of concern in my prospective home purchase, not only offering advice, but a discrete plan for remediation. Andy was able to ease my worries during my first home purchase despite my home having several areas of neglected maintenance to contend with. I felt entirely confident in closing once I had a plan in place from Andy. Not only did Andy take me around the entire house and explain his findings in person, but the report he provided is exhaustively detailed. It will be an item of reference for years into the future. Andy is the best. He is knowledgeable and communicates well. We have used his service multiple times and he always delivers. Even if you have no contingencies on your purchase contract, use him so that you know what to budget for as most houses have some issues. He is very through. His reports are easy to read and comprehensive. We highly recommend him.

Ive only used a few home inspectors, but ProChek is certainly leaps and bounds ahead of the competitors. He took his time, was thorough, communicated very effectively, put together a very professional report, answered every question I had (on and off the record), and really helped my wife and I think through every aspect of our home before making an offer. I rarely rate anyone a 10, because I believe there is always room for improvement, but with ProChek, absolutely every single thing was 100% spot on, so a 10/10 it is. I would absolutely use this company again, and would highly recommend to anyone needing a chimney and/or general home inspection.

Andrew was a fantastic inspector, and I can't recommend him enough. He was thorough, thoughtful and great at pointing out not just current issues, but things to be on the look out for in the future. He answered all of my questions, took time to explain what everything meant and how it worked, and offered suggestions for potential improvements or updates in the future to prevent issues. Even during the chimney inspection, when he found something that looked wrong, he took his time to make sure he had a clear understanding of the issue and potential cause - it turned out to be a shadow on the camera due to a difficult angle, but I so appreciated him taking his time and triple checking his findings instead of just assuming it was a large problem. Even after the inspection, he was quick to follow-up to the questions I had and provided an incredibly detailed inspection report that I've referenced multiple times. Highly recommend Andrew if you're looking to know about every inch of your potential new home and want peace of mind.
