Brandon, our inspector at Homescapes LLC was amazing! I've been through two house inspections in my life and this one was by far way above and beyond anything I expected. Brandon went through every single detail of the house, spending almost 4 hours making sure everything was working properly, well maintained and up to code. He also offered really good and detailed explanations on the importance of proper maintenance for many parts of the house and gave us countless tips on how to extend the longevity of our property and its surroundings. We are so happy that we used Brandon from Homescapes. Very competitively priced but most importantly incredibly thorough. While he is doing his inspection he also teaches you about how to best take care of the house. Explains everything how one things could effect another and how and what to avoid. I almost want to say that even if you already own a house it wouldn’t be a bad idea for Brandon to come over and go through the house once in every 2 years maybe, I think he can save you a lots of money and pain by diagnosing your house condition and weaknesses. On top of all this he is super friendly and takes zero short cuts. Actually he takes long cuts :). Things that most inspector wouldn’t check he takes the extra time and effort to check. He climbed out of our skyline to the roof to check the condition of our AC’s outer unit and also compare it to the others that have the same. You really can’t go wrong with them. In the end we got a super detailed report and even some memos how to take care of different things in the condo. One extra bonus, weeks later I emailed him when I had a question and he replied in seconds with the answers I was looking for. I’m not sure if these things are standard but they are always available and reachable and reliable! Thank you Brandon!

Brian with Homescapes is “off the chain”! This guy leaves no stone unturned and brings all relevant concerns to the buyer’s attention. Brandon was flat out awesome. As new buyers, he walked us through every nook and cranny of the property telling us not just if there was an issue or not, but also how to manage the home when it becomes ours. He was a teacher and we were the students. He was incredibly thorough and very friendly. We really can’t say enough about Brandon. His report was very easy to review and perfect for allowing us to decide what to include in the contract.

We LOVED working with Brandon for our home inspection! He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he observed and provide recommendations for fixes and repairs. He also made sure to show us 'how the house worked' noting all the shutoff valves, GFI resets, etc throughout the house so we would know how to use and maintain it once we moved in. This was all captured in the inspection report that was very detailed and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend Brandon and Homescapes LLC for anyone's inspection needs!
