Davon did a great and thorough job inspecting our home. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and even took the time to show us important features of the house - the main water shutoff, how to light the water heater pilot light (which was off at the time), etc. However, he was not able to get our radon results to us in time, despite confirming he could do so by our tight deadline. Luckily, they came back at safe levels, but a call to let us know about the change would have been much appreciated in the way of customer service.
