My Husband and Realtor met him for the Appraisal which took over 2 1/2 hours. He did not bother to check the propane stove in our living room to see if it was hooked up or if it even would turn on. I emailed him concerning the propane stove 3 times and finally got a response of " I did not check this stove, ask your Realtor". I find it ironic that he nit picked about a crack in the siding but did not bother to check a potentially hazardous stove. I would NOT recommend him.

Dean Wickline was very flexible and worked with our difficult schedule on short notice to get our inspection done. He did a thorough inspection, helped us to get to know our home, and helped us be informed enough to decide on what repairs were important to get done right away and what could wait. He provided a handwritten copy of our inspection report at the completion of our inspection and had a printed copy with pictures available to us within 24 hours. Tidewater Inspections was great and we would use Dean Wickline's services again
