Top to Bottom did a good job for the inspection of my home. The only thing I was disappointed in, considering the cost was over $500, was that they could not properly assess the roof. The inspector showed up with a 6 ft. ladder, which would be hard to reach the roof of any home. They had to use binoculars and stand a ways away to determine the roof assessment, which was inconclusive since they could not get on top of the roof.

We have bought several homes and this is the first time that I would say the inspection was a great one, he missed nothing. The house is 35 years old and we expected some issues and knowing that there were no real big problems was great. We now have a list of smaller items that we can correct. Again, would HIGHLY recommend this company, I have heard such horror stories from friends who have recently bought homes and their inspections did not find everything, so glad we had Jim Parlato at Top to Bottom Services, LLC.
