Doug is a great inspector. Talks through everything and explains the findings and background. He also gives straight and honest answers and information. I can overlook the fact that he was Army (I retired AirForce) lol, just kidding. Great guy and great service.

As a first time buyer, I wanted to make sure that my new home was thoroughly inspected. Lambert Home Inspections did just that, and CJ let me know every time he found something that needed attention.

Biggest issues were largely minimized in the report (structural, plumbing), even though evidence was seen during the inspection. Did not do a thorough job inspecting the outbuilding; that was not worth the additional cost.

CJ was the man! Extremely thorough and honest of the home's condition. Great personality and extremely knowledgeable.
