As rewarding as the home-buying experience can be, it is also equally stressful and complicated. The home inspection sets the stage for all that follows: Matt set a wonderful foundation! My wife and I are were impressed and appreciative beyond measure that Matt immediately let us know that he was there for us and no one else! Good experience -- good follow-up on a few questions via email in support of inspection addendum. Matt was not able to get on the roof (due to weather/snow in Dec) during the inspection but the issues with the roof were a little worse than indicated/advised by his inspection (as evidence of a much larger repair as part of the closing than anticipated) -- none would have been game changers in the closing but would have reset my priorities in terms of pending major home upgrades. Would use Matt again, but would insist on a closer look at the roof (if able).
