He showed up early and methodically inspected every nook and cranny of the property. He answered questions thoughtfully and followed up with the most detailed inspection report I've ever seen. Matthew did a great job providing us with a detailed, easy to read, easy to understand, comprehensive report about our new construction townhome that contained pictures of every issue. He found several issues that we would not have been able to diagnose on our own. He was also very pleasant to work with and available for questions after the report, and he gave his report to us in a timely manner, just like he promised.
