Post move in we found the oven and refrigerator to be faulty and needing replacement. The oven had no fan and when we turned it on it smoked up our house. After calling the company the repair man told us it was not safe to use the oven and that our inspector should have noticed it. We had to hire a plumber because our piping was cracked because the water and heat had been off for so long ( Through the winter). He never looked or even noticed the issue with the plumbing. He skimmed over things and it cost us more money in the end. Would not recommend.

He’s a former science teacher that offers a lot of great advice to improve your home as he walks through the home. His report is very detailed and has links to his blog that provides more information if you want to learn more. Highly recommend Paul and his home inspection company.

Paul is absolute awesome and very humorous! He was very meticulous during his inspection on our townhouse. His background as a teacher is an advantage as he walked us through each inspection item on the checklist. He also provided good advice for items that we should take care or replace. Additionally, his inspection reports are online which makes the process extremely easy. I would definitely recommend him for my friends who would like to buy a house!
