Enlighten was extremely thorough and responsive, providing a detailed report with clear pictures and descriptions of the issues and their severity. The only reason we can't give a 10/10 is because a squirrel problem in the attic was missed during the inspection; however, that's because the focus was on active leaks identified in the roof at that time. Still, Enlighten did an amazing job of helping us out on short notice around the holidays and put us in a strong position to negotiate ahead of closing. We'd strongly recommend them for buyers, or for sellers who are trying to get a better idea of any issues with their homes before putting them on the market.

Thomas made home inspection less intimidating. He educated me tremendously .After working with him I felt confident and like I really knew about the house. He also encouraged questions which I think was great. Thomas also came through for me last minute to ensure I made the home inspection deadline.

Mr. Isaac inspection last about three hours but that was the three hour inspection I ever saw on a house. Mr. Isaac was very detailed and professional during the inspection. My wife and I had so many questions and Mr. Isaac answer each question in detail and he encourage us to ask more questions. Overall, after finishing our inspection we had a clear picture of what we were purchasing. As first time home-buyers we knew we would be relying heavily on our inspector's opinion, and so we researched that choice very thoroughly. We're happy to join Isaac's many excellent reviews and testimonials. We liked that Isaac provided a sample report right on his website and that we knew we would be getting Isaac himself on our inspection. Scheduling was very easy, we had an aggressive inspection contingency timeframe, but Isaac was able to be very flexible in meeting us on a Saturday. On-site, Isaac was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly reviewed every key aspect of the house and took the time to talk us through everything he was seeing, good and bad. Placing his observations in context was very important in both giving us the confidence to move forward in purchasing a great house, while also learning what we'd need to do to protect that investment in the years to come. The report arrived within 24 hours. It was very easy to understand and included picture and narrative descriptions of all findings. These ranged from suggestions for preventative maintenance up through more immediate or high cost concerns. Overall, we were impressed with the Isaac's knowledge and thoroughness. We had access to a previous inspection and he found many additional concerns that we are glad to know about. He strongly encouraged a participatory process and seemed to enjoy answering all of our questions. We left the inspection very confident that we had the full story on our new house!
