I was able to compare Tim's inspection with a previous inspection of the property and was quite pleased to see that Tim's was more thorough. He took the time to explain the issues that he found and make sure I understood and was able to prioritize them as well as areas for ongoing maintenance. The diagnoses he made have matched up well with subsequent visits by specialist contractors. I feel fortunate that he was my home inspector!
