Rob at Insight is seriously top of the line. As a first time home buyer, I feel extremely confident in Rob's reports. He even let me come with him during the inspection of the first house I looked at. That deal didn't go through due to structural issues on the house, and Rob was SUPER quick to get right into another inspection when I found a second house to look at. He is quick to respond and very professional! HIGHLY recommend!

I don’t like to write reviews and normally don’t but the service I received from this Redfin recommended home inspector is worth my time. Rob, the owner of Insight Home and Building Inspections, is not only knowledgeable, experienced and thorough but also a kind person and a pleasure to be with. We received an excellent and prompt service! He gave us great advice on how to maintain the property and had the inspection report for the 2 bed/2 bath condo ready in the evening, the same day of the inspection! I read the reviews for all the home inspectors and I’m glad I did because chose the very best. Totally recommend !!

Rob was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely through, went above and beyond, and explained everything clearly. If I didn't know better, I would've assumed Rob was inspecting the house for himself, and not because he was hired to do so. He truly cared and it shows in his work. He even took the time to explain best practices and maintenance type items to make sure our home stays in tip-top shape. We learned alot from Rob and it was clear he was very experienced and very passionate about his job.
