We worked with Anna Weinstein, who was stellar. She was extremely responsive, and worked odd hours to help us close in only 21 days. She was the one who recommended we offer 21-day closing to be competitive (which we're convinced was one important part of us getting the house). She also called the seller's agent personally to endorse us as qualified buyers. On top of all this, she was extremely professional and knowledgable, as well as kind and had a great sense of humor. As first-time home buyers, one thing we would have loved is if we were a bit more informed about the various steps of the process ahead of time. The online loan tracker was a great tool given that we could upload everything there, but at times it was clunky and confusing.

Anna was amazing, she really hustled for us and got us a great rate. She made it possible for us to make a great offer with no contingencies and lightning fast closing terms! She even called the listing agent to let them know how much we wanted the house!
