Colton was fantastic and helped shepherd us through a very bumpy close. He was flexible, very responsive, and always available to jump on a quick phone call to walk us through our questions. And, almost miraculously, he ensured an 8 day close so that we could go on vacation as homeowners. I can’t recommend him enough! Big banks may have a marginally better rate but, in the grand scheme of things - what’s an 1/8th of a percent? What they don’t have is a real human being that really owns the entire mortgage process.

I've done several mortgages with Colton and he's always extremely responsive, capable, professional, and helpful. He got our latest closing done early and helped drive aspect (e.g. home insurance) that were taking too long, even when they weren't his responsibility.

Colton is a very hard worker. He is very responsive (which to me is *very* important) and stuck with us through several offers, always ready to provide us with updated pre-approval letters. He is very aggressive about running down issues and getting the deal done. Highly recommended.

I met Colton through Regina, one of her recommended lenders. I was a bit skeptical at first because I didn't know how it was going to turn out but it turned out well as our loan went through smoothly and Colton went an extra mile to help us secure the loan at the last minute. There's not that many people out in the lending world you can trust but Colton is one of them and I highly recommend him for your next home loan. We didn't ask but Colton also gave us $500 credit for closing. Btw, we did go through 2 years of looking for houses and about 6 different lenders so we know what we are taking about. We learned so much over the last 2 years, you need to find the right lender otherwise you will waste your time with lazy/stupid lenders who waste your precious time, don't learn the hard way like we did, go with a lender you can trust.
