My review for Shashank is very long due. I purchased my first home with Shashank in August'2018. Shashank is the best lender in the area. Before working with Arcus lending, I spoke with several lenders and brokers and was very exhausted with their up-selling and cold calls. Shashank was to-the-point and gave me the rates upfront. He also had flexible options to suit my budget which other lenders do not offer. No long phone calls, no complex run-downs, no hidden fees or points involved. The rates offered by Shashank was the best that no other lender was able to match it. His team is very efficient and they were able to close the loan way before the targeted time. We heard about Shashank on 1170 Desi Radio and am glad we engaged Shashank for our Mortgage after some research on the web (yelp reviews etc..). I have initially started with Chase who is our primary bank and after spending almost 2 months they didn't even bother to provide me with a pre approval letter though they promised from day one that they could get me all the exceptions I needed with my EAD visa status. Even on the day of the offer, they kept promising until the deadline. Shashank promised from day 1 the approach he would take and provided me with all the information that I need to know as first time home buyer. Provided me with multiple options and as he got to know about my EAD status, he made sure he checked with multiple lenders and got me a pre approval from a credit union. And I could make my home offer with in my timeline and could close the entire funding with in 3 weeks. With out ArcusLending's help, I wouldn't have got the house that we liked.
