We started out working with a gentleman by the name of Derek Bayer. He had an extensive amount of knowledge when it came to mortgages and found us a really great lock on our current mortgage. During the process, Derek was no longer with Poli and we were transferred over to other individuals of this company. They did stumble in the beginning, but then were able to understand what was going on with our Loan. Chip is a straight forward guy and and runs a good establishment. The fees weren't too bad and we are very happy with our rate.
