great lender. Roger helped me getting my loan in place with the lowest fees and rates. my closing costs were around 1300 cheaper when compared to other lenders. and the lowest rater with no points purchase. I've used Leader bank rates to quote another 3 other lenders and communicate with them. 2 of other lenders each even matched the rates with Leader, but the fees were still higher. (and they wanted to sneak in cheaper price with a lower estimated tax properties). Not only that, even if was all the same rates and fees I would still choose Leader bank... They were quicker and spotless in the emails, really showing professionalism. Also, super easy platform to access and upload the documents needed. 10/10
