Ashok and his team is very responsible on their commitments towards the loan and follow up till the closing. In my case I had some issues with the title company which Ashok had solved with his expertise and provided optimal solutions for me to do so. As a first time home buyer I had lot of questions, he goes through each and every questions and explains calmly and also in the manner that I could understand. When going through closing cost he goes through the numbers one by one and explains clearly. I never cared about the loan as Ashok and Alberta took care from their side. I recommend him for a smooth closing.
