I would recommend Kyle to anyone. We were involved in a multiple bid and we have reason to believe that our ability to close early was instrumental to our getting the house. Kyle was a big part of that by conforming to a 30 day mortgage contingency and he did this while also meeting his obligations to his family as they welcomed a child into the world during the process, which I mention because I think it demonstrates his ability to plan/organize. I found out about him from colleagues at work and I can vouch for the fact that he not only did a good job for us, but he has done a good job for a number of my colleagues.
