A lot of follow up on our end was needed to make sure we actually met deadlines for our closing, while we were never concerned not to be approved all the steps required to fulfill the process was really a pain and both our agent and assistant didn't help at all. Had to resend same paperwork multiple times as they didn't seem to keep track of what they had already asked. No visibility into the entire process, very difficult to reach anybody to speak to and overall a very poor experience.

Omer and his crew worked above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done on time and as per my expectations. My friends refered them and I can clearly see the reason. Since, I was not available during 9 to 5, Omer, Maha and Ismat worked per my schedule to get the closing done. They were always available, responding even when they were out on vacations.
