Brian is wonderful! He is very knowledgable at what he does and really wants what's best for his customers. He checked in with us during the whole process to make sure we got everything done by the deadlines. He answered all our questions quickly either by phone or email. He went through the entire FHA mortgage application with us so that we understood what we were signing--which I feel made closing day better. When we went to sign all the closing papers we were familar with some of the documents. And he also worked hard to get us the best interest rate possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lender.

Brian Horeftis came recommended to us by our realtors. Initially we had a different lender in a different state but it didn't feel right and we could never get a hold of him when we needed to. With Brian, he made the whole loan process so easy, a child could do it. He walked us through every step of the process and made sure to make us feel comfortable about everything. Brian was good to work with. He did not waste any time to get my wife and I pre-qualified. He actually worked on the pre qualification the night I called him which was a Saturday night and let us know what we were qualified for in about an hour. No lolly gaggin. Every time I called him he would answer or call soon after if he was unable to answer at the moment, there was no waiting around for hours or even days to hear back like other loan officers with other companies. Treated us with true customer service. I recommended him to a friend even before we closed on our house. The only problem was with a $50 option fee that I had given to the title company ,like I was suppose to, the seller did not cash but the lending co. needed to see it cashed and were making a big deal out of $50. Still don't quite understand that part but, oh well. My family and I are in the house. Thank you Brian for all your help with the whole process.
