Guild was very busy with loans when we were referred to them. I feel like they would be a good company if they were not so over worked and was able to spend the time with the client. Not familar with 203K loan, and should have referred us out at the very beginning of the process to another company that was familiar with this type of loan. We wound up having to change our loan type last minute and our closing date was delayed 3 times. So much time and energy wasted. Nice office staff but, with all due respect, our experience was not good with Guild and we will not be referring them to anyone.
