This is our second time purchasing a home with Michael and SWBC. Once again, he exceeded expectations and remained extremely responsive to our endless questions and concerns. We've looked at a wide variety of housing types and he was always quick to let us know what concerns might arise from a financing perspective. All responses were provided within 24 hours, but typically within an hour. The entire loan process went smoothly and we closed successfully.

After talking with 3 lenders that Redfin suggested. First time buyer here, but my wife is an Loan Officer in CA, so we know a lot about the process. I picked Michael because (1) he gave me his cell # and he answered everytime I called with questions, (2) his APR is the same as others, but more Lender Credit.

Michael was awesome and built a financing portfolio that met all of our needs. Highly recommend!

Michael did a great job helping us through the labor intensive process -- especially dealing with two mortgages and an extremely complicated compensation structure for one of our jobs. He made sound recommendations and helped us understand the nuances of how we were financing the house. He was also extremely responsive in providing the supporting documentation for the offer to the sellers, which ultimately got them to accept our offer. The whole process, between Michael and Michelle was less painless than one would expect these days. We will use him again when we are ready to buy something in the Mountains!
