The Chase team overall was fantastic but it was their IT systems team that made our mortgage experience almost like hell. They had their systems down the day we were supposed to get out closing disclosure and that almost sent everything haywire - the moving and closing schedules, etc. Again their people on the phone are great, but it's their IT infrastructure and the overall process (very time consuming) were what threw us off until the very last moment. But they got us a great rate and bonus milages so... at the end we came out getting everything we wanted.
