I felt more confident using Peoples Mortgage over Rocket Mortgage (which I also received a loan disclosure estimate from to compare fees and rates). I wanted reliability and someone who knew how to close in on a home on time., he delivered (in fact we could have closed in about 3 weeks versus 4weeks).
