So amazing to work with!!!

Great team of lenders to work with during a challenging business environment. They were able to meet our digital needs during our long distance home buying search.

Union Savings Bank was "fine" to work with. There was no single point of contact and so requests and conversations were often redundant and questions went unanswered. Their long list of fees felt like being nickel and dimed, but we didn't feel we had much (any) negotiating power because we were told that ours would be a tricky home to finance and that they were our best bet. To that end, either the house wasn't hard to finance or they delivered on their reputation. They were always pleasant and helpful on the phone, we have a good rate with good terms, and we got the house! So I'm not complaining...but there wasn't any warm fuzzy feeling that would make us want to work with them again.

They worked very fast and were super friendly. They do require wet signatures - I don't know how common that is, but I wish they were able to accept docusign or other modern forms of electronic signatures. Finding a printer and scanner during a move can be tedious.

Started out good with initial contact. Frustrating process. Communication was not consistent and differed from person to person at times.
