If you enjoy finance, discussing markets and rates and what's coming that will affect rates, David is your guy. The service from him and his team is top notch. In the era of online mortgage lending, having personal banker instead of a 1-800 number is worth any premium you would pay. Dave is AWESOME also! We couldn't have done this without him. He made the whole loan process effortlessly. This is our second home loan but it has been over 9 years. Dave was always there to answer all my questions via text messaging, phone call and email. All of my many "Hey Dave, quick call" that lead to half an hour to an hour long. Dave was always patient and answered all of my questions, even if I probably asked it a million times. He made sure I understood everything about the process. We hand many long phone conversations where he taught us a lot to help us be a more informed buyers. He was so proactive in having all our finances ready and approved that when it was finally “go-time” the process was pretty seamless. We were ready to close before our official close date and there really wasn’t any stress as we neared close. Buying a house in a hot market as a Fist Time Home Buyer is stressful situation no matter what, but Dave really made it smooth. We are so thankful we found Dave and would definitely use him again in the future.

I was introduced to Dave by family and I can't recommend him enough. We purchased both a new home and a condo and both transactions went very smoothly, which was incredible because there were roadblocks along the way with the close of our old home, but Dave always kept our end of things on track. And to top it off, this is the first time ever that our actual final mortgage payment was less than our Good Faith Estimate.
