After trying to use Quicken Loans for the ease and convenience, we ultimately reached out to Corey after being referred to him by our agent (Francis). It was a real breath of fresh air working with someone who always picked up his phone and texted updates whenever they came in, especially after the terrible experience we had with Quicken Loans making errors and not being available via phone. It felt like we had a lot of small hurdles to overcome after Quicken Loan's mistakes, but Corey was unwavering in his confidence knowing that the loan would go through; and he made sure to discuss in detail what the issues were, how they were handling them and what the timeline was for the next steps. I would highly recommend Corey Condrin as a lender for anyone's purchase.

Corey from Homeseed Loans is a great guy to work with. He had the highest level of professionalism and dedication. He came at a time when I was put in a bad situation by another lender. He evaluated my situation, gave me an honest suggestion and made sure that I was out of it. On top of that he was able to close the deal in 2 weeks time (yes, 2 weeks!!!), which included Christmas and New Year leaves. That is unbelievable but Corey made sure that it is completed on the date which I had committed originally. Corey was just awesome!

Great Service

Corey was great to work with. Unfortunately, I don't think Wells Fargo has very good communication between its different departments. Our closing got delayed 6 days due to their internal processes.
