Said was very responsive and worked quickly to close our loan on time. We first contacted him with 25 days left for the closing date and at that time, we were concerned about him being able to make the closing date. But he was very confident about it and assured us. There were some minor issues along the way, where we felt that communication between different members on his team was lacking and some of them weren't aware of the discussions we had with others on that team. This did cause some concern on our end at times, but once we spoke to Said about this, he made sure to get everything resolved. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with him and his team!

Said is the worst!! He was extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and made several CRITICAL ERRORS in my home loan process. I do not think Said ever truly listened to or cared about my wishes and needs, as reflected by his negligent service. I never felt my questions were addressed with complete information. I am not sure if this was because Said simply did not care, or because he is not knowledgeable in his field. I suspect a combination of both. I would never recommend Said, and in fact, would strongly encourage anyone interested in purchasing a home to find another lender. Working with Said and Bank of America was a miserable experience.

I cannot imagine I would have survived the stressful closing process without Said by my side. Against all the odds Said not only helped me save ton of money on my home loan but also closed ahead of time !! Said's deep knowledge in the loan process helped me address underwriter concerns proactively. He has an outstanding team (call out for Kendis Wilson) which is always there for you. I strongly recommend Said for your home loan needs.
